Fluoreszenzspektroskopie
Fluorescence and phosphorescence measurements can be performed with the Spectrofluorometer 8300 from JASCO. A broadband light source provides excitation wavelengths between 200 nm and 850 nm, and the detector can measure emission wavelengths between 200 nm and 900 nm. The continuous change of excitation or emission wavelengths allow the acquisition of 3D plots in excitation or emission. Furthermore, the lifetime of the phosphorescence can be measured, and the chopping period can be set between 25 ms to 400 ms.
