FT-IR Spektroskopie
FT-IR spectrometer VERTEX 70 from Bruker is available for the investigation of absorption in the IR range. A Hyperion 1000 microscope is coupled to the left side of the spectrometer, which allows the study of defined points on the sample. Here, both reflectance measurements and transmission measurements can be performed.
Furthermore, DRIFTS (diffuse reflectance infrared fourier transform spectroscopy) measurements can also be performed. For this purpose, the Praying Mantis with a high-temperature measuring cell is installed in the FT-IR spectrometer and the gas mixer is connected. In this way, FT-IR measurements can be performed at a defined atmosphere and temperature.
