Gasmischer

Mass flow controllers (MFC) are used to control the flow and concentration of test or carrier gases to a sample or tube furnace. There is a stationary and a mobile gas mixer. The stationary gas mixer can set carrier gas flows up to 1000 ml/min and test gas flows up to 20 ml/min or 100 ml/min. The mobile gas mixer can set carrier gas flows up to 2000 ml/min and test gas flows up to 5 ml/min or 100 ml/min.

The following carrier gases are currently available:

  • Argon
  • Nitrogen
  • Synthetic air

The following test gases are currently available:

  • Ammonia (50 ppm)
  • Carbon dioxide (0,5 vol%)
  • Carbon monoxide (500 ppm, 1 vol%)
  • Methane (1000 ppm, 1 vol%, 100 vol%)
  • Nitrogen dioxide (100 ppm)
  • hydrogen (1 vol%, 2 vol%)
