Furnaces
For the thermal treatment of samples furnaces for ashing (AAF 1100 from Carbolite and L5-11-B180 from Nabertherm) and tube furnaces (GHA 12/750 from Carbolite) are aviable. Temperature programs can be programmed into all furnaces, allowing defined heating and cooling rates (0.1-10 °C/min) to be set. Once the programmed target temperature (up to 1000 °C) is reached, it is maintained for a preset time. A maximum of 5 different ramps can be programmed.
In the tube furnaces, the atmosphere can additionally be controlled during thermal treatment. The tube furnaces can be operated under vacuum, air, nitrogen or another defined atmosphere (provided by our gas mixer).
