Spin Coater

Spin coating is a process for the production of thin (> 200 nm) or ultra-thin (< 200 nm) layers. The homogeneous layers are achieved by dripping either a (colloidal) solution or dispersion onto the rotating substrate. The layer thickness depends on the concentration of the solution, the rotation speed (up to 12,000 rpm) and rotation time. The WS-650MZ-23NPPB from Laurell also allows different rotation programs to be set in sequence.
