Light microscope
Since 2023 the working group Bremser has been using a light microscope from Kern. The OKO 178 has a transmitted light unit and a reflected light unit with LED illumination. The light can be polarized for both light sources. The binocular attachment allows the samples to be viewed directly. In addition, images can be taken with a Sony camera (1" sensor and 20 megapixels). The following objectives are installed: 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x and 100x.
